INN AT THE PINES THE

Tried to reach the director a few times about my concerns and no response. My sister moved out and then the director called me for money. My sister filled out a form about foods she likes and dislikes and when I asked someone in the kitchen why she was getting food she couldn`t eat, the staff had no idea about any forms. The place is pretty but that isn`t enough.

Don’t even know what to say. Staff looking after residents is very sweet and genuine. But as soon as you lose your loved one the people in charge no longer care… miscommunication from the staff about donating furniture caused late fees and staff will not get back to or even talk to you at all very disappointing at this point. No one seems to know who’s in charge of anything anymore or will just send you to someone who won’t help. If this wasn’t the intent at this point feels like it T ! :( Get back to people who pay and trust you to take care of their loved ones!!!! All anyone is asking for.

We researched a lot of assisted livings and nursing homes in Geauga and Cuyahoga County before deciding on Brooks House. We sent our mother there because it felt much more like a home (versus a hospital like the other places). Rooms are very nice and it feels like you are in a log cabin. Employees are very kind and really spend time to build relationships with the residents.

Wonderful facility that took care of my father for several years. We cannot thank them enough for the love and kindness they showed to him and our family. Brooks House will always have a special place in my heart.

As a frequent visitor to The Pines and The Original Brooks House, I can highly recommend Brook House Assisted Living Communities. Everyone has a beautiful suite, the staff are caring and kind, and the living quarters are kept immaculate.
