INN AT WHITEWOOD VILLAGE THE

My mother was a resident at Whitewood for over 10 years. As a Register Nurse, I easily recognized the exceptional nursing care provided. The facility is very modern appearing and Whitewood makes continuous upgrades to the facility. In this new age of perpetual help wanted signs, Whitewood is doing something correct. We never felt any staffing shortages. I would be remiss for not mentioning Michelle, an outstanding aid that was an immeasurable in serving my mothers needs in her final months. Another example, Connie the housekeeper. She was involved with the residents doing the little things to brighten the residents day, all the way to leaving a candy. I also have to recognize Jenny the administrator, Jenn the nursing director, Debbie my go to staff person, and Trent one of the LPN s. In the declining month, one of my mother’s wishes was to never leave her room. She did not want to go any where else. Whitewood made that possible. Thank you Whitewood

This is a wonderful facility with many loving and caring people that make this place really feel like a home. Jennifer Gupta the executive Director there is very kind, she is always striving for the best for everyone and will treat them like they are her own family. She really connects with families and ensures they are well taken care of! The director of nursing Jen Jackson is also amazing with making sure everyone is updated and informed regarding their loved ones and will constantly check on families to make sure the families have the support and needs for each person. Jo Ann the sales director she is just incredible with new families and will walk you through the facility answer any questions you have and ensures everything is an easy process. All of the Nurses and AIDS are incredibly amazing they really put love and care into there work and it really wouldn’t be the place it is without them they treat everyone like their own family and also get close with the families. Everyone from the Inn at White Wood are truly amazing I thank everyone there for being who they are and I recommend this facility to everyone who is in need of care for their loved ones that are in need of care for dementia and in general thank you!!

Having worked in health care myself, and having served as sole caregiver for my mother for several years, I feel very fortunate that I was able to place mom in the memory care unit at The Inn at Whitewood Village when it became necessary. We are fortunate to have a friend who has been a resident for more than a year and who has been very happy at the facility. Since mom's residency began I have been very pleased with the facility, staff, and quality of care. Residents have many opportunities to engage in activities if they are able and choose to participate. I have found the nursing staff to be competent, caring, and attentive, communicating well with me regarding my mother's needs and condition. I am grateful to have been able to place mom at Whitewood, because I know from personal experience, most long-term care facilities do not measure up to Whitewood's standard of care.

I have had my Mom at the Inn at Whitewood Village for a year now. This has been a life saver for not only myself, my brother, but also our Mother. She lives in a great place and is very well cared for along with constant activities to keep not only her mind occupied but keeping her moving. My mother is in the memory care side and does require more assistance than the Assisted Living side. I have highly recommended The Inn at Whitewood Village to others needing a positive place to have their parents in the latter part of their life. Could not be happier with our decision than choosing Whitewood!

My mother has been at Whitewood for a little over a year. I continue to be impressed with the staff and the care they provide for my mom. I have come to know many of them personally and feel very comfortable talking with them about my mom's care. I am confident that she is safe there and well cared for. There are nurses on site 24/7 as well as care staff. The facility is beautiful and well maintained and my mom has not complaints about the food. Compared to other assisted living facilities, this is by far one of the best and I highly recommend The Inn at Whitewood Village.
