The day prior to my appointment the office called and cancelled. I was told they don't accept "self referrals". I asked at the time I scheduled if Insight requires a referral and was told no. The efficiency of this office is highly dubious. I considered getting a doctor referral and trying again, but the reviews I just now read scare me off. This is a massive clinic which appears to have many organizational flaws. I will give a big pass. I highly recommend reading the reviews before deciding if you trust this clinic with your precious health.

Dr. Peskins is truly exceptional. I had CRPS in my hand for nearly two years before finally receiving a diagnosis, and when my ankle began showing symptoms as well, my podiatrist immediately referred me to Dr. Peskins due to the serious nature of this condition. From the very beginning, he was kind, attentive, and proactive. He took the time to try appropriate medications, then nerve blocks, and when my ankle wasn’t responding, he didn’t give up — he put in the work to get a PNS trial approved and moving forward. That level of follow-through means everything when you’re dealing with chronic pain. What stood out most to me was his compassion. During the procedure, he noticed my leg being moved and immediately asked staff to be gentle. He consistently checked in with me and asked if I was okay when touching or positioning my leg, which made me feel truly seen and respected as a patient — especially important with CRPS. It’s rare to find a pain management doctor who combines knowledge, action, and genuine care. I’m incredibly grateful to be under his care and would recommend him without hesitation.

These guys have absolutely zero integrity. They chipped my tooth under anesthesia and meanwhile there is a consent form that you fill out and this is a risk, these unprofessional group of people wanted to challenge the fact that I asked for them to fix my tooth that they broke and they wouldn’t honor fixing. After an extensive 6 months of waiting just to hear back from the administration office and finally just getting upset with one of them because of how long it took to just get a yes or no, they finally decided to not approve it. Imagine that, the moment you lose patience with one of them they come back with a response and that response is not honorable to the fact that they broke my whole tooth. What a joke this place is and I’ll definitely never go here for another thing in my lifetime. Their pain management office is also a joke, they still deny me after a full 11 years later all because I hadn’t listened to the doctor and was not supposed to go to another doctor about the same thing. Well nothing I can do if you plan was to delay being seen over and over again. So that’s that I guess. Place is a filthy bunch of unprofessional people and doctors.

Everything flows as smooth as a river. Multiple points of directions to help navigate to place of appointment.. My doctor was very nice and had the patience to explain thoroughly to the point of questions were not necessary afterwards.

Dr Belasher is an awesome surgeon. I had spinal surgery in my neck in July due to 2 herniated disc pressing against my spinal cord causing tingling and numbness through my arms and legs. I was down for 3 month but the tingling and numbness are gone. Plus the incision on my neck is barely noticeable. I love how he answered all the questions my mommy and I had (before and after my surgery) with great details using my xray pictures and other diagrams so we can get a clear understanding. Glad I had the surgery. Dr Belasher thank you. He's an great doctor. Plus is staff treated me well too. I cant forget about them.
