Inspirations Memory Care of Lutherville I

We were very satisfied with the care our dear friend received at Inspirations memory care unit in Lutherville. Our friend was safe and well taken care of by Inspirations for three years. The staff was always considerate and caring and the management was helpful and always available for us. The care was very personable. If you have a loved one that needs memory care services we would highly recommend this facility. Stuart & Gayle

AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE FACILITY. The neglect caused our loved one to lose mobility. The ridiculous amount of food caused our loved one to lose an incredible amount of weight. We brought in 24-hour private duty care to stay with our loved one, as we couldn't trust the staff in this facility. We removed our loved one from this facility, and is now thriving in a 5-star facility. Hallelujah!

My mother lived at inspirations for the last year and a half of her life. The facility was beautifully maintained, and, even more importantly, the staff there was incredibly caring. I cannot say enough good things about how well my mother was cared for. The staff did their best to make sure she had some fun in her life.

It is disgusting knowing the type of negligence that goes on in this facility. DO NOT trust Inspirations with your loved ones. My grandmother sustained several head injuries while in their care due to negligence as well as other injuries that they lied about. They will try to sell you on their beautiful kitchen, but provide meals that are less than basic prison food, if you even want to call it a meal. They do not bathe residents even on scheduled days and leave fall risk residents on the toilet for hours at a time. They leave trash cans full of trash in rooms for days on end. It’s so sad that it’s gone down hill like this since new ownership. I worked for many years as a long term care nurse and know that this is by far one of the worst facilities I’ve seen. They will also try to sell you on staff to resident ratios and with only 10 residents in each unit, this type of negligence should NEVER occur.

This facility is amazing. The caregivers are so kind to the residents and definitely have personal relationships with them. I was volunteered there for a service day and it was so much fun. There were tons of activities going on such as painting, gardening, dance parties and card games. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you want a place who cares for your loved one the way they deserve. ALSO the facility itself is beautifully decorated inside and outside.
