The facilities are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making the environment feel comfortable and inviting. However, what truly sets The Pearl apart is the staff. Every member of the team goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel cared for and respected. Nurse Amy communicates regularly with our family, keeping us informed and reassured. Likewise, Front desk receptionist, Laureen, has made of us feel welcome and connected since our first day at the Pearl. If either Amy or Laureen promise to follow up on something, you can be sure it will be done!! The kindness and dedication of team members like this make this community feel like home. The amenities are top-notch, and the common areas are beautifully maintained. More importantly, the staff genuinely cares about each resident. The Pearl First Floor Care team includes some folks my mom considers real heroes. They are Brian, Jackie, Brittani, and Mariah. These team members treat my mom like family and always encourage her to press her call button for anything she may need. Even though they work tirelessly to provide complete care, they always have a smile on their faces. They take the time to get to know everyone personally, and their compassion shines through in everything they do. I highly recommend The Pearl to anyone looking for quality assisted living in Lewisville. Review: Impressive Facilities, Outstanding Staff After touring several assisted living communities, The Pearl stood out for its well-appointed facilities and the warmth of its team. The living spaces are spacious and comfortable, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged. The activities include enough varied options to satisfy residents of all interests and capabilities. Thanks to Connie, the Activities Director, for making our family holiday meal so special by allowing us to use the private dining room for our meal. Hannah, her assistant is the queen of Karaoke and a bundle of enthusiasm. Her attention to each resident makes her a legend in her own time. If you have a great experience in the dining room, you were probably served by Lita one of the longest tenured members on the waitstaff team. She knows the resident’s eating needs and attends to them each with dignity and kindness. The Pearl team makes this community special by caring deeply about the residents’ well-being. Review:A Polished Community That Feels Like Family From the moment you walk into The Pearl, you notice how well-kept and thoughtfully designed the community is. The real difference, though, is the staff. Michael oversees maintenance at the Pearl. He is assisted in keeping all in tip-top working order by his able assistant, Scott. If you happen to see someone cleaning in the public areas at the Pearl, you will probably find sweet Eva. These folks are always smiling, patient, and attentive to every need. We appreciate what they do to create a safe and pleasant environment. I would highly recommend The Pearl to anyone seeking quality assisted living with a caring touch in Lewisville, Texas.

My 94-year-old dad has been at The Pearl for four years. That said, there are always issues that arise in any assisted living facilities. However, I have found the staff to be very helpful when it comes to dealing with the issues of an aging parent. Two staffers, Laureen at the front desk and Will who assists my dad in his room on a daily basis, have been very helpful to us/me. They are always willing to do what is needed when I need help with my dad. The facility is nice and newer than most, and my dad likes the meals. I visited several facilities in the area before settling on The Pearl, and I am glad we have made a home for my dad there.

Our family has been a part of The Pearl for over two years now, and I have two family members who are part of this community, and both are having very positive experiences. While no place is perfect, and it would be unrealistic and unfair for anyone to place those expectations on any assisted living facility, what we have experienced is a caring staff, one that really strives to create a community for residents in both assisted living and memory care. While it is an aesthetically lovely facility, the heart of it is the caring, responsive staff. Residents are treated with respect and care, and staff are really interested in learning their histories and stories. What really makes this a vibrant community is the level of activities both on and off-site, ensuring that residents are social and engaged. The calendar is filled with a variety of activities to meet the diverse needs and interests of its residents, and they go to interesting places, based on the input of their residents. While there are so many caring, lovely team members, a big shoutout goes to Hanna L. Since we joined The Pearl, she has been a consistent presence, planning and joining activities, going on outings, and simply being present and involved with all of the residents in both memory care and assisted living. It is clear she cares about the residents in her care, and we are grateful for her contributions to The Pearl, and really grateful that we found this community.

My mother had the pleasure of being a resident at The Pearl for about a year and half. Both she and the rest of our family were very happy with her experience. The staff was wonderful, very caring and attentive. Towards the end they really went out of their way to give extra care to Mom. We can unreservedly recommend that if you are looking for an assisted living facility in the Metroplex to come and visit The Pearl.

My mom moved into assisted living at The Pearl several months ago. Given the passing of my dad and her increasing challenges with her memory it was pretty rough at first in making the adjustment. I had no idea how hard it would be but the staff and management assured me that it would take some time for her to adjust and to find her new normal, so with hesitation I decided to trust the process. As the weeks passed the phone calls became less and the confusion settled. Now my mom has made friends and is enjoying her new home. The property is well kept and clean, the food is great and the accommodations are updated and more modern than some of the other facilities we toured. The kind and friendly staff have played a big role in getting her involved with the many amenities and activities that are offered. I really like that the common areas are brightly lit and lively with residents. I enjoy walking in the front door and seeing their smiling faces, some of them with their beloved pets by their side. We’ve been very happy with our decision and highly recommend The Pearl for your loved ones.
