If your loved one requires Personal Care Level 4, DO NOT move them here. My wife was left unattended in a soiled diaper for 2-3 hours resulting in her being admitted to the hospital twice in one month. We moved the following month. When help was required, I frequently had to go in search of someone. At times I was unable to find someone. I believe they were understaffed and management was responsible. Once we left, no one would return my texts, emails, or phone calls and did not respond to a letter I hand delivered. Be careful and beware.

I had the pleasure of touring Sugar Land Assisted Living and was so impressed from the moment I walked in. Lauren Glenn made the entire experience seamless, and Madisen along with the rest of the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. Every detail of the facility was perfect—clean, inviting, and thoughtfully designed for residents. It’s exactly the kind of place you’d want your parents to be when the time comes. The atmosphere felt warm and caring, and it’s clear the staff genuinely love what they do. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, supportive, and loving environment for their loved ones.

Laurel Glen has a warm welcoming environment with a resort feel. The staff are very friendly and attentive to the residents and the residents have lots of activities to keep them engaged. I liked the community so much that I referred my Aunt and she loves it.
