INSPIRED LIVING

This place has completely fallen apart. What used to be a respectable community now feels like a run-down shack with no direction and no accountability. The care has declined significantly, staff attitudes are unprofessional, and management turnover is constant. There is zero stability, and it shows in every aspect of the building. Ever since the former Indian wellness director the entire place has gone downhill. There’s no leadership presence, no consistency, and no sense that anyone is truly in control. Families are left feeling confused and frustrated because no one seems to know what’s going on from one week to the next. The Executive Director even addressed my grandmother by the wrong name, which is beyond embarrassing in a senior living community. If leadership can’t get something that basic right, it raises serious concerns about the level of attention residents are actually receiving. The state has already been in the building, and yet nothing seems to improve. I’ve left reviews before and somehow they disappear, which only adds to the lack of transparency. At this point, it’s hard to recommend this community to anyone. It’s disappointing to watch something that used to be good deteriorate this badly.

Looking for an assisted living facility is overwhelming and time-consuming. As Nancy’s Caregiver, it was important for me to find a place that would make her as happy as possible and a place she would like to live. I eventually chose Inspired Living in Ocoee. The staff is caring, helpful and is always assisting and saying hello as they pass by, as does management. Nancy enjoys her daily walks. There is a very large walking path with lush vegetation, trees, and a pond. A nice walk with a fabulous view! Nancy enjoys swimming and can no longer go to the YMCA. Gratefully, Inspired Living has a very nice pool and offers Water Aerobics every Thursday. The other thing that makes everybody happy is the meals Chef Bobby makes. I am so happy that I have found a place that makes Nancy (and me) very happy and calls Inspired Living her “home.” I enjoy our visits together, walking around the complex, having meals together, and have even done Water Aerobics with her. We are both very blessed!

Our grandmother lived at Inspired Living for several years, and it truly became a safe place she could call home. As grandchildren, our biggest priorities were her safety, comfort, and quality of care and Inspired Living delivered on all of that. Parveen was exceptional and went above and beyond, especially during times when our grandmother was unwell, offering guidance, reassurance, and genuine support. Ritza was always warm and welcoming, and we’ll never forget the simple kindness of her bringing our grandmother a hot chocolate during the Christmas season when she couldn’t leave her room, a small gesture that meant so much. We also deeply appreciated being able to personalize and design our grandmother’s bedroom and bathroom, which helped it truly feel like her own home and allowed her to relax and settle in comfortably. The dining and common areas were always clean and welcoming, with regular entertainment our grandmother loved, especially Wine Down Wednesdays and birthday celebrations. The peaceful pool and patio area was a favorite spot for family visits, and the shaded seating at the front of the building was perfect for enjoying fresh air and Florida’s beautiful weather. Thank you to the entire Inspired Living team for treating our grandmother with such care and kindness and for supporting our family throughout her time there. We will always be grateful.

Every step of the way the sales team and every department welcomed our entire family and helped make the transition for our loved one as seamless as possible ! Marlene , Rob , Jerry , Stuart, Risa, and Bobby are just a few names I’d like to express my dearest gratitude! I highly recommend this facility !

I found inspired living Ocoee, for my blind 93 year young dad a few years ago. He is so happy here, now at the age of 96. The people are so nice. Reesa is at the front desk and she does such a beautiful job taking care of life's little upsets as they happen. All of the staff here is so kind, nice and truly loves my dad. His room is beautiful. I can relax in MA, while my dad enjoys a wonderful life at Inspired Living! Love and gratitude to Robert and the entire staff.
