INVERNESS OF SPARTANBURG

I have truly enjoyed watching the new management change the outlook and atmosphere can’t wait to see them continue to grow

I went to visit my grandpa on Christmas Eve. As soon as I walked through the door, all I could smell was poop. It was definitely not a pleasant smell. This past weekend he got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and slipped off the edge of the bed. He pushed the pendant he wears around his neck, but no one came. He laid in the floor for 30 minutes hollering for help before someone came in. We have since found out that the batteries were dead in his pendant. Seems like that would be something they check frequently since it is used in emergencies. The only thing that makes this facility better than the one they were in before is that they don’t have bed bugs!

This facility of Inverness has a dedicated loving management who takes very good care of the residents. Our Team Work Makes the Dream Work.

My experience with The Inverness At Spartanburg has been wonderful. The staff truly care about the residents and treat them like family. The building is always clean, the meals are delicious, and there’s always something fun happening for the residents. My grandmother has really thrived since moving here. I have peace of mind knowing she’s in such good hand
