IRIS MEMORY CARE OF ROWLETT

I want to give a shoutout to Miranda for the way she prioritizes resident safety. I own a business that involves some cold outreach, and when I stopped by Iris Memory Care today, Miranda handled it exactly how she should—firm but still kind. As a stranger, I wasn’t allowed into the main building or near the residents, and that’s exactly the kind of vigilance you want in a memory care community. If you have a loved one here—or are considering it—you can feel confident that Miranda takes their safety seriously.

My precious Mother lived in Iris for the last years of her life. She was ill for almost six years and my family grew to love all the caregivers at Iris as our own family. I know God led us to them. I am a nurse, I know how difficult their jobs are, and there are days that are not perfect. But I can promise you, the commitment they have to care for their residents is beyond comparison. I still follow the Iris FB page, and miss those residents, families, and workers every day. If you are looking for a place for someone you love, you can't go wrong by meeting with the Iris family. We are so thankful we did.

I visited Iris Memory Care yesterday to see what it was all about. I walked in, it smelt fresh and clean and the residents were out of their rooms and hanging out. I LOVE seeing that!! Some were doing puzzles, some eating snacks, and some just sitting there talking to Paula and enjoying conversation. It was nicely decorated and just so inviting. I engaged with the kitchen staff and caregivers and they were all so friendly. I even drank the punch, hehe. This is a wonderful facility and your loved one would be blessed to reside here!

Iris has provided a kind, compassionate, patient environment for my mom. Their caregivers are warm and friendly, always giving out hugs and planning awesome activities to engage the residents. The food is good too! Wouldn’t have asked for a better fit for my mom.

My mother has been at Iris Memory Care Rowlett since the day they opened their doors, and it has been a wonderful experience! The caring, dedicated staff, delicious food options, super fun activities, community outings, and well-kept facilities at Iris has made all the difference in my mom's care. It gives me great comfort and piece of mind knowing that she is in the best place possible for this season in her life.
