IRIS MEMORY CARE OF TURTLE CREEK

I moved my dad here after a senior living consultant recommended Iris Memory Care to my family. He spent the last 9 months of his life at the Turtle Creek facility and received very loving and attentive care. The staff at Iris is caring and devoted to providing the best care they can. I think my dad was very happy here and I felt good about him being here. I would recommend Iris Memory Care Turtle Creek for dementia patients needing a small caring environment. If I could give Iris Memory Care more than five stars, I would. I just moved my dad into this facility and I am so glad I did. Everyone on their staff is knowledgeable and experienced. We had a hard time placing my dad in a facility where he would get the care he need and begin to thrive. Iris memory care has done exactly this in a very short amount of time!! He is always so well groomed and has been participating in different activities! The care and compassion that has been shown to me and my family has been amazing. Their facility is also VERY clean and well staffed. I am overjoyed with the care my father is receiving. They have definitely exceeded all of my expectations! I recently had the opportunity to tour Iris Memory Care, and I was thoroughly impressed by the overall atmosphere and the quality of care provided. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by a bright and welcoming environment. The community was impeccably clean and maintained, with a pleasant aroma that further enhanced its inviting nature. The thoughtful design and layout create a warm and homely feel, which is crucial for fostering comfort and security among residents. One of the standout features of this community is the active engagement of the residents. It was heartening to see individuals participating in various activities and social interactions. This level of engagement is key in memory care, as it promotes mental stimulation and emotional well-being, and Iris Memory Care excels in this regard. Additionally, I would like to commend the marketing director, who was not only sweet but also exceptionally helpful. Their genuine passion for the residents and their families was evident, and they provided valuable insights into the programs and services offered at the community. Iris Memory Care Turtle Creek is the place I would place my loved one. The building is very well kept, beautiful on the outside, and even better on the inside. The place is always clean and smells nice. A must for me. Any building can be nice inside and out, however, what makes this home unique is the staff. Every single staff member is amazing. They go above and beyond to care for their residents. Always friendly and with a smile, I know that they have their residents best interest in mind.

I visited 6 memory care facilities in the Dallas area. The Iris was by far the best place that I visited. I came back to the Iris 4 more times, sometimes unannounced, and each time I was more impressed with the level of care given to each resident. I never heard an unkind word spoken by the staff. The Iris is clean, cheerful and the concern that the staff gives to each resident is incredible. Paula was so helpful in explaining everything involved in making the transition and answering every question that I had. Paula’s positive upbeat attitude inspires the whole staff and the residents. My family and I are grateful for the excellent care that the Iris provides to all the residents. The best thing that I can say about the Iris is that my husband is well cared for, safe and very happy!
