Horrible place. Don't send love one's here. Owner plays favouritism and there's not good communication skills between staff😡. I shouldn't give this place 1 star

I referred a friend there after a car accident and she received the absolute best care. The doctors, therapists and care staff were more than professional--they really care about the patients, out care and residential. Kudos to Irvine. Thanks for being there when it counted with therapy and dealing with the insurance companies.

All my clothes came up missing in the laundry and I'm watching other residents wearing my clothes while administering is trying not to pay for my belongings saying that I didn't come in with my clothes while the stay person whom washed my clothes said yes he did have these clothes and he washed them for me staff just didn't return them to the right resident and I'm very disappointed on how Irvine Rehab southfield Michigan tried to use my DISABILITY against me as if I didn't know what I was talking about and tried to use my DISABILITY against me because I have TBI (TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY) AGAINST ME MY BODY IS INJURED NOT MY BRAIN I WAS PROUD BECAUSE IT'S BLACK OWNED AND RAN BUT VERY DISAPPOINTED ON SERVICES AND CERTAIN STAFF

My daughter was admitted to this rehabilitation facility about a week ago do to a car accident. My Experience here was a nightmare. There was no organization when we arrived. Her room wasn’t ready because it still had the last person things in it. This place is a hot mess and I mean literally a hot mess my daughter air-conditioning wasn’t working in her room and the staff was aware prior to her entering the room because they had a stick to prop the window open. They don’t have materials for there patients needs. We asked for a cup of water for her and they brought her a 4oz cup when we asked for a bigger cup they didn’t have any. When we asked about a bed pan for my daughter they didn’t have any. When we asked for a walker with a extension arm on it to help her get up and stand they didn’t have it or a walker for her. We asked for a bedside toilet and they had to hunt one down and it didn’t have a bottom to it so the staff found a bucket to go under it. We got there about 3:45pm I knew at 5:00pm they couldn’t accommodate the care she needed so I voiced my concerns to the nurse and asked to be transferred to a different facility the same day. Unfortunately about 9pm because of the condition in her room being so hot my daughter had a asthma attack and this facility had NO Oxygen to help with my 23 year old daughter breathing so my daughter was admitted to ICU. This facility doesn’t have Oxygen or a Crash Cart. If you have a love one in this facility and they are a Full Code they will not receive Oxygen if they need it because they don’t have any in this facility. I hope whoever owns this facility reach out to me because I have video footage that you should see before this business close. It’s very sad how it’s being ran. I wish I could give No Stars...........

I lived there for 5 long years. There staff does not treat you with love, compassion, paticience, and understanding. I've been given the wrong medication many times.
