Our loved one was enamored by the appearance of the facility and Mario, Sales and Marketing Department. Once our loved one moved into Memory Care we learned the WiFi connections were not working properly. No calls in, no calls out from the patient’s room. We had to hire 24/7 private caregivers due to low staffing. Even the Caregivers were unable to obtain staff assistance during a nighttime situation. Miserable experience for our family.

Never move here unless you're 100% sure. My 96 year old mother changed her mind last minute and they kept over $10,000 of our money. We did sign a lease but were never given keys. I tried emailing, calling, and sending letters with no reply. All that money. Just because a poor old lady was scared to move. Heartless people. (Author: Amelia Simpson 1/13/26). Then they add this response about how they take my concerns very seriously and want to connect with me. I called. Again. Left a message. Again. No response in a week. Again. Do you post these responses so it looks like you care? Dated 1/24/26

O had the best experience visiting my friend. although she is in a closed ward, everyone was dressed and out of their rooms. I was an ombudsman at another facility and it was no where as beautiful as this one. Great experience!

My family member was left unattended for over an hour at the dining table. No one was in the dining area when we arrived. My family member is legally blind and had dropped her utensils on the floor. They were so far from the table and unaware there was food to eat. They were unable to find nor eat food without assistance, which they did not have. The place is beautiful but the care for the residents is very poor.

I have a friend in the memory care unit. Visited over Memorial Day weekend and there was no staff to be seen. Unit is nice but our friends had to hire own private nurse to ensure their brother was properly cared for. Double expense for what the facility should have been providing. Patient had a serious fall while unattended before the private nurse arrived. Staff at front was nice enough but without staffing in the memory care unit it is difficult to get in and out when needed. Check out adequate staffing before you leave a loved one in this facility.
