Our parents have lived at WaterCrest for several years. They love living here. The staff are wonderful. Everyone is friendly and helpful! Thank you for the care and support you have given them. Shout out to Tracie and Esther….. They put their heart and soul into the activities for the residents!

Overall a good experience when i visited a family member. Only issue was after i had left i had heard her call for a nurse. In case she wasnt heard i went to find a nurse myself. The first nurse i asked seemed to brush me off. The next nurse i approached took the time to explain the situation. The rest of the staff was quite freindly.

We were visiting an old friend, Paul Nelson, and we had three other men who shared his profession. The conversation was very stimulating for Paul and he enjoyed hearing of any news in his former field of study and work. It was wonderful to see him in such good health. Old friends are the best friends.

The Isle at Watercrest is a wonderful place. The frontline staff are very friendly and helpful and there are ample activities for the residents. In todays world, it is a challenge to find and retain good, caring workers. The Isle at Watercrest seems to do a very good job in finding the best staff. I would not want my mom to be anywhere else.

My mother has been a resident at the Isle at Watercrest for about 6 months and I can't say enough how professional and caring the staff has been. They engage my mother in activities and helpfully re-orient her when she gets confused. They promptly answer my phone calls and keep me up-to-date with her care plan. This holiday season I was so impressed by the dinners they offered for family/friends to share with the residents for Thanksgiving and Christmas. All the staff and administration dressed in their cheerful holiday best and helped out serving dinner and interacting with the residents and families. Today was their first annual Christmas Choir (initiated and pulled off through the hard work of one particular resident- thank you!) and the residents had fun practicing for this day and singing in front of their families. The kitchen puts out amazing food, every day, every meal. Each aide, food service worker, medication aide, nurse and other staff members show a caring attitude at every resident encounter. Bryan/College station is lucky to have the Isle at Watercrest in our community!
