Remove your loved ones from this place. The hospital sent my father here without notifying me. I found him 5 days later, I spoke to him 3 times over the phone. While I was in the hospital caring for my child, I received the call. After being here for less than two weeks, he was dead. An I was denied an autopsy for whatever reason. When I last saw my father he was walking and talking, and getting around fine. Please take your family members out now!!!!! Unjust never prospers. An the Bible says we reap what we sow. This facility workers aren’t licensed, my father was recently diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. A was only 61 years old, y’all please I’m praying. Go get your family out this place.

Rude! I spoke with a man that answered in the administrative office and told him I couldn't understand him. His reply was "I'm speaking English." Obviously sir you know you have a thick accent and you could have spoken slower and tried to speak more clearly. That was very unprofessional and plain rude. I also called back to let someone know about this incident and called the business office. The lady answered, "Hello." I had to ask if I was calling Ivy Grove, also very unprofessional. Clearly you all need a customer service course with your employees that answer the phone or deal with the public.

Mysterious death. Shut them down. My aunt was a resident here after her dementia worsened. One day the coroner’s office called and advised that my aunt had passed A MONTH PRIOR. She was about to be cremated as a Jane Doe. We asked why had no one contacted us when my aunt was taken to the hospital months prior. The hospital advised that Ivy Grove informed them my aunt was from Africa and had no family. We were never contacted by Ivy Grove. The corners office tracked us down by going to Ivy Grove and demanding to see the visitor log. Neglect and fraudulent practices.

One star is too high! My father has lost 40 pounds since being there. He has Parkinson's and they let him get on a ladder and clean their gutters. When he has been taken to the hospital I get an email hours after the fact not a phone call. I have been asking since dad was admitted for copies of his admission paperwork and I still haven't gotten it. I am POA. My dad had a visitor at dinner time and the meal was rice, watermelon and green beans! The owner's wife was literally herding his company to the door in hopes they wouldn't see the food. They do not employ nurses! When my dad was peeing bright red blood he was told to call me. I have been trying to get him out of there. How many people have to die before something is done?

I'm dont know where to begin i was dumped off at this place by someone who hated me. i was someone who had to stay here for a year and a half it was like worse than being in a cell of a small prison.the management was not qualified to be in charge and all that they did like changing up medicines, couldnt cook or deal with about anything not the even the fire alarms or the heating system when anyone reported them to Dehec they blaim the residents and take away any phone or things to do so.the nurses were not qualified either and made mental paitence even worse many wanted to leave cause of the bad treatment and foul mouths being done around there. i even fainted almost busted my head open on the floor cause of ill nutrition and dehydration and i was getting the max amount i could each time ,but there food was worse than jail i'd say even worse than army food and two portions wouldnt even fill but half a normal size plastic plate. i never saw once where i didnt see some kinda bug running around in that place and they charge you every last penny you have for rooms i was sharing a room with someone that no privacy its like one room small enough to be the size of a bathroom and the bathroom was crammed between the rooms for me i was being charge 700-800 a month for just that others were crammed into one room and a wide range of mental and psychiatric to elder to mild patients all randomly put together . so much of that place smelled horrific and there wasnt one place that didnt smell like pee . only reason place like this dont speak up is of some those who cant get a better job or dont have no where else that would execpt them and are threatened if they do and i was one . this is the worse place in the world and isnt a place anyone wants to get stuck in, and many times i thought in that place, i'd rather be homeless than have to deal with that .this place doesnt deserve a star or even to exsist and i really hope someone will do something about it.
