Understaffed, management is not really management. More like they allow anyone to work for the ratio. Gloves are NEVER WORN! Most of the staff is only there to collect a checks, doesn’t care about the wellbeing of the residents. Pills are always missing. Fights in front of residents and family. Only time the owners show support or interest is when state or family is in. This place is horrible. Also, buildings are not secured doors are not locked at night and staff is sleep! Would not recommend

Do not leave your family members here, they leave them wet for 8 hours plus, a resident recently died from negligence when she fell over and broke her hip. Staff just wants your money and they will get it no matter what . Pagers do not get answered as well. Management does not care , cook does not use gloves and the food is for dogs . Owner is in his 60s scratches butt before washing hands . Please think twice before sending your loved one here .

My mother has been here for 2 months and she is receiving spectacular care. Mom absolutely loves it here!!!! The staff is very friendly. Great Activities, loves the food, friendly residents! absolutely would recommend this place!

This place is wonderful! They treated my late Grandmother with such kindness and respect up until the day that she passed. The management is top notch, that woman puts her all into that job ! She works long hours and really cares, and is very loving towards the residents. It's a great place, I would recommend it to anyone!

I'm 46 years old and have had many of my families friends and relatives stay here and never once any complaints. I've recently read some reviews and I can't believe some of the comments. As I still have 4 elderly friends staying there whom seem to be happy, I'm more than confident to say the owners of the facilities have the best interest in their residents.
