IVY PARK AT BONITA

We’ve had the opportunity to support several patients who have been residents at Ivy Park Bonita, and families consistently share how attentive and caring the staff are. It’s always reassuring to hear such positive feedback about the care their loved ones receive. The community itself is warm and inviting. Every time I visit, the residents seem to be enjoying their home and there are always engaging activities going on. It’s clear the team works hard to create a supportive and lively environment for their residents.

I highly recommend Ivy Park Bonita for anyone looking for quality assisted living home for their loved ones. The environment felt warm, welcoming and thoughtfully designed. The community is clean and well maintained and has a comfortable homie like atmosphere. The staff is truly great. They are compassionate attentive and genuinely care about the residents. The team Has taken the time to get to know my mother and have made sure her needs are well met while encouraging her independence and engagement. There are activities and social programs that are wonderful and keep the residents active and involved. The daily meals are delicious and nutritious. The menu changes daily and provides for variety and for individual preferences and diets. Residence are treated with dignity and respect and families are kept informed and involved. Choosing assisted living is never easy, but Ivy Park Bonita has provided peace of mind and confidence that my Mom is in good care and in capable hands.

Ms. Teresa Arellano has been a great help and inspiration to all at Ivy Park at Bonita offering her knowledge and services with a positive and gentle attitude. She assisted me with understanding how Ivy Park at Bonita interacts with me and all the residents with her calm, pleasant and positive attitude. She knows her job well.

My 90 year-old dad has been living at Ivy Park at Bonita for a little over a year. He is very happy there. The staff is very responsive to his needs and he loves the food. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. The Executive Director, Randall, and The Sales Director, Julie, are absolutely wonderful!!! They both make us feel like family. Although the cost is a little higher than other assisted living communities in the area, it is well worth it for the excellent care my dad receives. If you have a loved one who needs assisted living or memory care, they would be lucky to live at Ivy Park at Bonita!!

Ivy Park at Bonita is a beautiful facility offering a solid array of activities and excellent services that feel personal and caring. The building, hallways, and common areas are fastidiously maintained, nicely decorated, and feel like a high-end hotel. A full calendar of activities is available to residents who wish to participate. The food is tasty and the menu offers flexibility and choice. My parent needed more in-room health care services than most assisted living residents, but we always felt like the care team was stepping up to the task. Any concern we raised was always answered with prompt and sincere support from the management team. Although our move out occurred rather suddenly due to external circumstances, the team was helpful and accommodating in every way. Highly recommend Ivy Park at Bonita!
