IVY PARK AT BRADFORD

I couldn't be more pleased with my and my mother's experience at Ivy Park - TRULY. I couldn't recommend it any more highly. The staff, amenities, building, etc are all fabulous and the food's pretty legit too! The level of relief that knowing my mother is being EXPERTLY cared for is hard to put into words - I couldn't be more appreciative of the work they do at Ivy Park.

We are exploring needs for my sister and her husband with Alzheimer’s. Of all the places we went, this is clearly worth the five stars. It’s not the building itself although it’s quite beautiful. It’s the people who are working there who clearly have their heart in what they’re doing. Even the housekeeper was happily doing her work with a smile on her face… Cleaning toilets! We were given the tour by Shannon and she took extra time and effort to help my sister through, a diabetic attack. Without Shannon‘s swift intervention, it could’ve been a medical emergency. We were well taken care of in a speedy and loving way thankfully. We are praying my sister will make this decision soon so we can all rest knowing they are safe and well cared for. Blessings to Shannon and the whole team with our gratitude.

My mom spent the past 6 years in assisted living at Ivy Park Bradford in Placentia. It’s a warm, friendly and safe environment. There are activities all day long and delicious food served in a beautiful dining room. Every staff member, no matter the position, is friendly and happy to help in any way. It’s been a wonderful home for my mom and for our family as well.

Our family journey with Ivy Park at Bradford began in August 2023 when I took mom and dad for a visit. The entire staff was very welcoming; the tour was thorough and from the beginning Ivy Park was very transparent with their pricing structure and without “hidden fees”. Over the subsequent months, whenever a room became available, I was promptly notified. Our family’s criteria for transitioning my parents into the community at Ivy Park became a reality one week ago. The staff was unfailingly over generous with their time and patience. Their professionalism and expertise were invaluable. Multiple questions were answered and addressed promptly, even to point of staff reaching out to the Executive Director who was on vacation to discuss terms of “reserving” two rooms. As it happens in life, the plans to transition my parents did not come into fruition at this time. I wish to acknowledge Ivy Park at Bradford staff for their quality of interactions with potential family members and residents. The residents were consistently well kempt and happy and participating in activities. The buildings were very clean and the grounds serene and beautiful. My experience with Ivy Park Bradford has been nothing but a positive experience.

My mother has been at Ivy Park since November 2021 after she suffered a major stroke. We all had lots of fears and apprehensions about moving my incredibly independent mother into as assisted living facility. We needn't have worried. The staff at Ivy Park has been uniformly excellent, loving and professional. The medical team is 100% on top of everything. The place is clean and beautiful. The food is better than that found in many restaurants. We couldn't be more pleased. I cannot recommend Ivy Park at Bradford highly enough. It's absolutely wonderful.
