IVY PARK AT LAGUNA CREEK

I found the staff and management to be absolutely amazing, the facility is wonderful and inclusive and I am constantly kept up to date about everything from the menu to extra activities. Everyone treats my mother wonderful and she is happy ( most important). I’m so happy with Ivy Park at Laguna Creek, I might be putting in my reservation soon.

Very disappointed was bold faced lied to by Carin supposedly the main supervisor for fir cottage memory care my moms birthday is today that’s besides the point the point is she lied my moms birthday is sick today she’s a diabetic but today she’s achy with a soar throat I sent over throat lozenges and jello she didn’t get up for breakfast that’s why I sent jello so I’m on the phone with and they bring her a hamburger fries milk coke and two pieces of cake for lunch little miss liar tells me my mom ordered this straight up lie when I tell she didn’t not she continues to try to shove her lie down my throat mind you I’ve been on the phone most of the morning besides nobody orders two pieces of cake they are aware she’s a diabetic she arrive a yr ago she was 167 in October she was 207 we put her by doctors orders on a heart smart diet two week ago she was 190 Saturday she was 196 and to be lied to that’s she asked for this when she absolutely did not I’m angry I am not stupid they are poisoning her they have been told many times to stop this crap so I am forced to have the issue investigated I will not be lied to by them when it comes to my mother so you go there please keep an eye out for your loved ones because we all know no one orders 2 prices of cake for one meal

This facility provides exceptional care, kindness, and professionalism. It can feel scary to trust other people with your loved ones however, The experience at Ivy Park Laguna Creek has been a beautiful blessing. Caring staff, cleanliness, fun activities and the many small ways they foster community all throughout the day for the residents has made it a place for my loved one is blooming at and we are incredibly grateful. Thank you. Shout out to the superb nursing team, staff, and everyone there who shows up and makes it feel like a place you can call home.

Ivy Park is such a wonderful place if you or your loved ones are looking for their next home. The community feels like home as soon as you walk in and their entire staff make you feel welcome and like you are family. Their leadership team- Karan, Daiya, Brittany, Dewanda, and Heather will do all they can to provide not only a place that feels like home, but also top notch care. If you're looking around for a wonderful community, make sure you tour Ivy Park, you won't be disappointed!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and support my mom has received since moving into the memory care unit. Despite initial concerns raised by a few negative reviews, my family and I took a leap of faith and decided this was the right place for her. The spacious community, especially the vibrant cottages dedicated to memory residents, has truly made a positive impact on her well-being.

The new management has brought a breath of fresh air, and the staff's dedication and thoroughness have exceeded our expectations. Communication has been outstanding, providing us with peace of mind during this transition. My mom's care has been nothing short of phenomenal, and the engaging activities tailored to her needs have brought joy and stimulation to her daily life.

What sets this community apart is the sense of home it provides. The warm and welcoming environment, coupled with the compassionate and attentive team led by Michelle the Executive Director has made all the difference. From the friendly staff to the activities coordinators, everyone has played a crucial role in ensuring my mom's comfort and happiness.

I felt compelled to share this review to reassure others who may have been deterred by negative feedback. I urge anyone considering this community to take a tour and experience the warmth and care firsthand. My family is truly grateful for the Memory Care team's dedication and compassion, and we hope to continue this relationship for years to come.
