IVY PARK AT PINER

We’ve been pleased with our experience with this memory care community. It’s a clean, well-maintained facility with a variety of activities, and the staff have consistently been kind and welcoming. The memory care manager, Monica, has been especially helpful with communication and coordination. She makes an effort to assist with logistics such as bringing our family member downstairs when we take her out and helping ensure grocery deliveries reach her when we’re unable to deliver them ourselves. Since moving in, we’ve noticed positive changes that we personally associate with having more structure in her daily routine, including regular meals, medication reminders, health support, and encouragement to participate in activities so she stays engaged. We’ve also appreciated how the general manager and team approach sensitive family dynamics, keeping the resident’s transition to memory care, well-being, and required care standards as the primary focus while navigating differing family perspectives in a professional manner. Overall, we’re very grateful for the care and support provided by the staff and management.

My mother in law has been in memory care here for almost 2 years. The staff are very responsive to her needs. The facility is always clean. I’ve had many interactions with Monica and Leslie, both always super helpful and great at keeping us in the loop. Other staff are friendly and helpful too…I just don’t know all the names :) Thank you!

Ivy Park at Piner has made my mother-in-law feel welcomed, cared for, and safe from day one. The staff is always attentive and friendly. Each staff member takes the time to get to know the residents, and thier family members making Ivy Park at Piner feel like home. The management team has worked tirelessly with our family to make my mother-in-law's new address feel like home. I want to thank the management and staff for thier hard work and compassion towards all of the residents at Ivy Park.

Caring for a loved one with a life changing diagnosis is tough and can cause an enormous amount of stress and family dynamics. I'm very happy to say the staff at Ivy Park (formerly the Lodge) have been exemplerary in their welcoming of my mom and this new world we are now navigating. I thoroughly appreciate their efforts to welcome her in and help her become part of the community and experience this next chapter. I've seen the personal connection the staff have made with my mom and the effort to try and make each day the best it can be. My mom has commented to me that the staff and the friends she has made has helped her feel welcomed. I, on a personal note, appreciate how the staff calls me by my first name and greets me upon entry and as I move about Ivy Park. I look forward to visiting my mom and seeing her interact with the other lovely people who call Ivy Park home. I feel connected to them as well. Thank you Ivy Park. I know I made the right choice.
