IVY PARK AT TUSTIN

Over the past few months I’ve had the opportunity to visit Ivy Park at Tustin and work with their team. I am consistently and thoroughly impressed by the exceptional care and warmth that defines this community. The staff at Ivy Park are truly remarkable—kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel that this is a team that cares deeply about creating a positive experience for everyone who enters their community. They demonstrate a level of hospitality that goes well beyond expectations, showing attentiveness and warmth that would be so meaningful for residents and their families. The food is outstanding. The chef clearly takes great pride in their culinary work, and the quality and presentation of the meals are exceptional. This attention to what matters—like delicious, thoughtfully prepared food—speaks to the overall quality of life residents can expect. Throughout the community, there’s a beautiful attention to detail. The spaces are thoughtfully decorated and welcoming, creating an atmosphere that truly feels like home. What impressed me most was the team’s creative approach to service—they clearly take pride in finding ways to enhance the experience for residents and families alike. For anyone researching assisted living communities for themselves or a loved one, I highly recommend Ivy Park at Tustin. The caring staff, beautiful environment, and genuine commitment to excellence make this a special place. Highly recommend!

Ivy Park is a wonderful Assisted Living Residence with a very warm and friendly staff. The community is warm and inviting, with clean, comfortable spaces and a full calendar of activities that keep everyone engaged and happy. Meals are fresh, delicious, and tailored to residents’ needs.

Ivy Park at Tustin is a remarkably special place! Our loved one with cognitive impairment has been able to transition beautifully into this community. We love that the facility is small and intimate, allowing for our family member to maintain some independence in an assisted living environment with the added support of a memory care facility. It's perfect if your loved one's needs fall somewhere in between those two placements. Ivy Park has both services, but can also offer many blended options in between those two to create a truly custom care plan. We didn't find this level of customization at any other facility. The entire team at Ivy Park has been a joy to interact with. The administrative staff is friendly, approachable, and communicative. The care team, and all of the support staff are caring, considerate, and genuinely committed to providing excellent care and service. We are very pleased with our decision.

Sunrise of Tustin is an amazing quaint community. It is so nice to visit a community that feels like home. Bryan the Executive Director is one of the most kindest people I have had the pleasure of knowing. He is a very strong leader and the community is so lucky to have him lead this already amazing team. If you are looking for an assisted living community for your love one you must stop by and meet this team you will be in caring and loving hands.

Sunrise is a top notch community and if you want a Fantastic, Fabulous, extraordinary, and very caring place for your family member to live, please take the time to talk with Antonio. He is the BEST at what he does. He goes above and beyond the call of duty and helps in whatever you need. The food is super tasty and lots of variety. I eat there 4 times a week and the service in the dining room is superb. Sunrise of Tustin knows the magic and you do not feel like you are in an assisted living place but instead a home with lots of family members. Thank you, Sunrise of Tustin. Patty
