Crescent Landing at South Coast has Such an AMAZING Group of Staff and AMAZING Management Team always so supportive and attentive to all of our needs and resident needs ! I’ve been with the company for over 5 years now and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else! It’s a great place to work, with a clean environment and the best part of the place is being able to be around such caring and fun residents. As a Hospice and Palliative provider and community partner with Crescent Landing I truly am grateful to know such an amazing team of professionals that take pride in providing exceptional care for their residents. Dulce, Marketing Director, provided me with a tour showcasing everything from their beautiful and spacious private and shared apartment rooms, to the well manicured gardens, also pointing out a beautiful mango tree she planted 10+ years ago, which helped me see how proud she was when talking about the community and all the special events they had over the years. Crescent Landing South Coast memory care provides a wide list of amenities and programs. I was impressed to learn about their Montessori Methods, Spark, which focuses on engagement, social lifestyle and inclusion. It is an absolute pleasure to partner with such an amazing community and team that takes great pride in caring for their seniors and putting residents and families first. Thank you for all you Do!

I had an immediate need for a place for mom to stay while I circled the wagons with the rest of the family to come to an agreement on "next steps" for mom. With families, there are always unknowns and multiple schedules and opinions. The Santa Ana location was initially a desirable location because mom had been taken to the nearby Kaiser Hospital and they needed a close place with availability so mom was placed into Crescent Landing. I am glad that she was. The staff was great and mom loved the food. I very much appreciated the flexibility they showed me while looking for a "permanent" landing spot for mom that is closer to family members. Crescent Landing is a good place with caring staff members and good food.

We provide hospice for some of the residents at Crescent Landing and our experience has been wonderful with the caregivers and management. This is a great community; the staff is very friendly and provides excellent and competent care for their residents and you can tell they truly care for both the residents and their families. When our team are in the community visiting our patients, they see the staff engaging with the residents during activities such as music therapy and movie days, and you can really tell they are compassionate about what they do. The staff does a great job of communicating with our team, whenever there is a change in condition with one of our patients. They make it very easy for us to work as a team together.
