JACARANDA TRACE

Jacaranda Trace has a good product to sell and Kristin was so patient with us. We will be back for a second visit.

Beautiful space, friendly folks that ran the meeting/lunch. I enjoyed meeting Kit at my table. He was able to answer a lot of questions I had. He is friendly and knowledgeable.

Totally excellent in every way! The presentations by Robi Leach, director of sales and the residents panel provided complete information on the scope of everything offered by JT. The warmth and welcoming spirit of the residents I meant was notable . The property is beautiful and each time I have enjoyed lunch and dinner… menu choices are plentiful and the food is consistently delicious. The staff is pleasant and professional. I am happy to be moving into JT. I am pleased to say that ongoing interaction with Robi to select the unit that fit all my parameters of space and budget was terrific. I did extensive research to choose where i wanted to live in this “harvest season” of my life and I chose Jacaranda Trace!

Beautiful facility, amazing lunch-best steak I’ve had in Venice in our 7years here! Organized, informative, and energetic presentation that distinguished this community. Loved having a resident to dine with!

The memory care unit at Cadbury Park is extremely lacking. They were unable to provide what my father needed in the advanced stages of Alzheimer's, were constantly calling my mom to come be with him, required us to pay extra for a companion during the day due to disease related aggression (total costs of around $17,000/mo), couldn't get his medication right, and the staff called him crazy, per our companion. An AWFUL, stressful experience for our entire family. Fortunately, he was kicked out and we were able to get his medication regulated immediately at the hospital. Afterwards, we moved him to another local memory care facility that provided fantastic care for the remainder of his life and not a single episode of reported aggression. My mother lives in the main building and they seem to be significantly better than memory care so this review is not for Jacaranda Trace, but I feel the need to warn anyone considering the memory care for their loved one.
