Great place with a great atmosphere. Friendly Nurses and Companions. Great place to take your loved ones to and trustworthy company and they are dignified.

I am so happy that we found Jacob's Well for the care of my Dad! The facility is local for us to visit, and the grounds are just beautiful. The staff here is amazing and treats everyone like family. They take the time to get to know each resident, and as a result, the residents get better care. My Dad has dementia, and they have taken the time to learn what strategies work best for him. This has helped him be able to more easily adjust to living there. The staff takes the time to answer my questions and they have even helped me to coordinate care with his doctors when I needed it. They have been such a blessing to us! I am so very grateful to have found such a kind and caring place for my Dad to receive the 24 hour care he needs.

My mother was a resident at Jacob's Well for almost 4 years. I will never regret bringing her here. The management and the rest of the staff treated her (and me!) like family. You can tell that they honestly love their residents. Up until my mother's passing this month, they treated her with nothing but respect, dignity, and love. What more can you ask for?

They took the best care of my father! As an amputee he had limited mobility and the staff went above and beyond to ensure he was able to get around appropriately. My father enjoyed the like home feeling atmosphere as well. I would highly recommend to anyone who has a family member who needs extra care. The staff care very much for all the residents and their families!

Jacobs Well and their staff has been a "God's Wink" for my wife, Kate, and myself. Not so long ago we were desperately in search for help with the care of Kate's mom. She needed someone to be near 24/7. During our frantic search everything kept guiding us to Jacobs Well. Our first visit the to the facility was breathtaking. The driveway is long and beautiful. The facility is looking out across a pond and the residents can sit on the porch to enjoy fresh air in good weather. This isn't your regular home on a city street. This is a peaceful home on a farm. My mother-in-law raves over the meals. The gourmet meals are always a topic when we talk with her. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They are professional, friendly, trustworthy, and a pleasure to talk with. They will go out of their way to make sure the residents and their families are totally comfortable. Of course they are on lock down during the COVID 19 virus to protect the residents but the staff will do everything they can to help families stay in touch with their loved ones. They even help by setting up face to face calls on the phone or computer. My mother-in-law is being cared for and feels better than if she was home. Jacobs Well is 5 STARS!
