My mother was in this facility from 2017 to January 2025 when she passed away peacefully. She had deepening dementia over those years, eventually not recognizing anyone in the family. The most recent owners made needed physical improvements to the facility: getting rid of the sunken living room, brightening the paint, creating a lovely outdoor area for residents, and improving the furniture in the dining area. My sister and I are grateful for how well my mother was cared for, all the time. During our childhood and teen years, Mom was rather strict and uptight. but as her dementia progressed, she became more relaxed. Her caregivers could always get a smile from her and carry on "conversations" with her that were nonsensical but seemed fun to Mom, and were a form of socializtion for her. As her hearing got worse and she couln't keep track of her hearing aids, the staff made sure to speak more loudly to her. She was always clean and her clothes were clean. Meals were homecooked. The dementia journey is not easy for the patient or the family. But the caregivers at Senior Paradise Living took very good care of my mom.

My experience with Senior Paradise Living was exceptional. My grandmother spent the last year of her life in this beautiful and very clean home. The caregivers cared for my grandmother with such compassion, kindness, professional expertise and thoughtfulness. The staff goes out of their way to make the home feel like everyone is part of a big family. They have activities, bingo, music and amazing home cooked meals. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this home and highly recommend anyone to look into this place for a loved one. My family and I are so grateful to have found this home and really appreciate all they did to make our grandmother as comfortable as possible.

I recently visited this care home, and I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff's compassion and attention to residents' needs were evident. It's a place filled with care and comfort. This is by far the best carehome in the area. Out of the many of care homes I've visited this one is #1 on my list. Overall the outside is very clean not run down. And once you go inside I was very surprised how the inside is. Love the flooring, lights just everything is very modern and welcoming.

My experience with this care home has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff's genuine dedication creates a welcoming home. Clean , comfortable, engaging activites and highly experienced staff. A top choice for anyone seeking the best care for their loved ones. Highly recommand. I will be forever grateful for the care my sister recieved. J. H

The five reviews are all reviews prior to the current owners running the facility. My mother has severe Alzheimer’s, but is still very strong physically. She needs a lot of direction due to cognitive function. We had no issues with the past owners who cared for her extremely well. The few times there were issues, the staff carefully watched for potential triggers and when they discovered what caused her behaviors, the problem quickly went away. Enter new owners at the end of March 2022. It’s been a nightmare. The new owners got rid of the qualified staff because they wanted to reduce staffing to place their own family in employment and they have no skills or competency in caring for Alzheimers patients. My mother fell which resulted in 2 brain bleeds we did not know about. The only way that we learned she had the previous fall was that she fell again and we insisted she go to the emergency room. That is when the 2 previous brain bleeds were found and NEVER reported to us or the insurance company. Stay away from Senior Paradise Living because they do not have the skills to run a residential facility, they are only interested in profits, and the truth is not forthcoming.
