If English is your only language then you will struggle with the staff. Director has power issues over people, not user friendly. Making sure your family member knows that she is in charge. Be careful

My father was in their care for about 18 months. He had dementia. I could not have asked for better people than Jhoane and Ron to take care of him. They truly cared about him and my family. Jhoane was very good about communicating with me. I actually miss seeing them now that Dad has passed. Thank you for everything you did for my father! I would highly recommend Jeroll Care! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
