I’m so very blessed to be here. This place is beautiful and it actually feels like home. I don’t ever have to move again. Management is absolutely amazing. Thank you God

Spacious beautiful furniture well planned coffee for anyone who enters with a sit down area to enjoy while waiting for the person who lives there. Also, it’s for the tenants first of all. Well decorated and comfortable. Surrounding grounds are very comfortable for sitting outside and well decorated.

The move-in was not good. If there was a rating less than one star, I would choose no star. The property manager did not escort me to my new dwelling, my daughter did that. I have a slight disability. I was not provided the apartment that I signed a lease to rent. I was supposed to have a 1 bedroom with a den. I had just a one bedroom. The property manager (PM), neither the assistant or maintenance person did not check the apartment prior to signing it to me. I had applied for a two bedroom. They told me that all the 2 bedrooms were gone. Then she took me to a 2 bedroom on the 2nd floor that she said had just become available on the day I moved in. Yet a couple days later, the resident were invited to a gathering with developers and the VP that helped to build The Terrace said it had only a 40% percent capacity at that time. I ended my storage lease b/c I was going to set up the den as my office since I predominantly work from home. I had to get rid of a lot of valuable information, plagues, books and other things b/c I did not have room in the apartment. My helper placed a lot of this stuff in the trash room. The PM sent me a violation letter by the maintenance guy with my apartment number but someone else name on it. She didn't take the time to see if she was addressing the right tenant. Of course an apology again but stated that she was trying to have a conversation, yet, she sent a written threatening notice. I also provided a doctor's note from my surgeon to have safety poles and a handicap toilet placed in my apartment. The tub is too high for me to be stepping over and out. I let the PM know that i literally slipped while trying to exit the tub. A church member gave me a seat to use while I wait on the construction for the handicap accessories. I have sought information from PM on the status of this work order without success. My family ask if they could pay to have to work order done by another company and then get reimbursed. The answer was "no", without checking with the developer or construction company. Unlike other tenants, I never received my welcome package. The PM keeps apologizing and saying that its on the way. Since they did not provide the correct apartment, I asked if they would pay for my stuff to return to storage. Of course, the answer was "no." I just found out yesterday, that I would need to down load an app to be able to use my fob to get in the building. Thank God is was daylight and the office was still open. How else would I have gotten in? Speaking of the fob key, at times, I need to swipe the fob 30 or 40 times before the door clicks to let me in. I'm standing on the street with my rollator swiping a fob waiting for entrance. I understand that the management is being provided by Habitat of America. Well service stinks. It appears to me that the PM, Amber Ward, is especially making it difficult for me to be comfortable in my new dwelling. I've carved out a little corner in the living room to set up my work space. The move-in is and was horrible. I am still not satisfied with my apartment size. I was told by another tenant that she was put in a 2 bedroom but applied for a 1 bedroom. She said that they knew but she is not moving out. Yet, nothing has been done about me. This is ridiculous.
