I cannot express enough gratitude for the wonderful care and gracious community at John B. Parsons Assisted Living Facility where mother resided before her passing. The staff is incredibly compassionate and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure the residents feel comfortable and engaged. The facility is not only beautiful, reminding one of a bed and breakfast, but is also thoughtfully designed with various amenities that encourage social interaction and activities. Moreover, the sense of community is heartwarming. Thank you John B. Parsons, Donna, Joe and Gwen for creating a safe and enriching place for loved ones.

My mother was a resident at John B. Parsons for almost two years and resided there up until her passing in March 2025. Although she would have preferred to have lived independently in her own home, this was not possible as she required 24 hour care mostly due to being a fall risk among other ailments. Mom was happy at Parsons and the staff got to know her "spicy" personality and this made the tasks that she liked the least easier to manage. Mom loved the many activities offered and even though she would often say she did not go to the events, I would see pictures of her at almost every event on John B. Parson's social media page. She became quite friendly with not only the "resident" pup but the visiting therapy animals as well as the many staff members who so graciously cared for her. Mom was treated with dignity, respect, love and care every step of the way and I could not have asked for anything more from an assisted living community. If you are looking for a place to call home for your loved one, look no further as John B. Parsons it is!

John B. Parsons is like home away from home. Staff are like family. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming, and house dog Henry makes all the residents feel relaxed and at home. The charming Ice cream parlor is always a favorite! I highly recommend John B. Parsons for a Respite stay, or long term care for your loved ones.

We have very pleased with the care that our aunt receives at John B. Parsons. The building is a lovely old Victorian with a very cozy atmosphere. The chef and kitchen staff prepare a variety of dishes that are delicious. The care staff are very kind and patient. There are also planned activities available to residents. Everyone loves the weekly ice cream social and various holiday celebrations.
