Newport Mesa Senior Living is a warm, welcoming, and exceptionally clean community. From day one, the Property Manager, Mel, was there from start to finish, making sure my mother’s transition was as seamless as possible. The Sales Manager, Liam, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through all the paperwork, patiently answering every question we had. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we understood the entire process so we felt 100% confident in our decision. They even helped us set up necessary doctor appointments, which meant so much during an already stressful time. Before moving in, my mom was on a downward spiral. However, once she arrived at Newport Mesa Senior Living, we noticed a difference almost immediately. She became more alive, happy, and vibrant. In that moment, I knew we had made the best decision for her. She is truly in the best hands at Newport Mesa Senior Living, and our family is so grateful for the care, compassion, and support they provide. THANK YOU MEL AND LIAM!!!

I have frequently visited this community and seen this amazing staff tend to the residents in the community with the utmost kindness and care. Every time I come to the community it feels like home, I am greeted with a smile and a warm hug from residents and staff. I bring my little dog with me and the activities director Maria always borrows him the moment I walk in so the residents can love and pet him for pet therapy. The community itself is full of life and the moment you walk in the energy of joy is palpable. The grounds are lush and green and the cottages themselves are clean, well maintained and very cozy. I would absolutely recommend Newport Mesa Senior Living for your loved one!

This is such a great place to be! The outdoor area is really nice; something you don’t see in a lot of memory care communities. The staff here has been around for years, so turnover is super low, and you can really feel that stability. They also get a ton of volunteers throughout the week, especially on Saturdays, which makes the place feel so lively. Even visiting professionals, like hospice liaisons, often say this is one of their favorite communities to come to because of the friendly team and how well the residents are thriving.

I was genuinely impressed by the staff and facilities at Newport Mesa Senior Living. Having to come to the hard decision to move my grandmother from home care to a facility was hard, but the forethought and planning in case of episodes was impressive. I have been a teacher for 22 years and these strategies they use to help residents to express their feelings while keeping them safe are the same we use in a school setting. I appreciate the facility empowering residents to take action in a safe space. Liam was a wonderful guide and so helpful. He put our concerns first and made me feel as if they had really thought of everything. He was wonderful.
