I had donuts delivered to a friend. We could hear the staff except them and repeat my friend‘s name. He never got the donuts. I have been trying to call the office regarding this issue since Monday. It is now Thursday morning, and I still have not gotten through. And I’m another note the food there is terrible.

Hi Patricia. Our main community phone line is currently down and we are working to restore service as quickly as we can with the service provider. We apologize for the inconvenience. The donuts were delivered to your friend, and he enjoyed them very much! Thank you for mentioning your concerns about the food. At yesterday's Town Hall, many of the residents had positive things to say about the meals, however we always are open to ways to improve. If there is something specific we can address, please let us know!
