My mother was at this facility, memory care. My sister and I feel the care she received was good. We visited very often and were very impressed with the caring and professional staff. Even housekeeping takes great care to make sure the residents have a clean environment and they are very kind.

I can't believe how I got treated coming to this facility thru agency! Not only did they put out false accusations here say, also assassinated my character. Use me and stop me from going to another facility with no warning, I'm a platinum worker the highest thru the agency I take my job and career seriously and love what I do, it's not fair that here say can stop u from being great with no proof of any such thing or Warning. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND a soul here look how they did me!!! Thank Me Later

I would not recommend this place for your loved one if they need memory care. The place looks nice, homey, and doesn’t smell.. however the level of supervision is extremely lacking, the activities for memory care residents are basically nonexistent and the food is horrible. You will be sold a bill of goods and they do not deliver. There are a lot of falls here due to lack of supervision and inadequate staffing. Your loved one will spend most of their time on their own without any assistance which is not why they are placed in a facility to start with. A nice room with a calendar full of “activities” does not accurately represent this place. I suggest looking elsewhere.

My mom has been at JTC since 10/1/21. I have all praises for the entire staff. They were able to make a very difficult decision and transition more comforting and reassuring. JTC was the answer to my prayers and has been the perfect fit for my mom.

I recently moved my loved one to JCT. The staff are kind and supportive. The facility is cheerful with a "homey" feeling to it.
