JOSHUA SPRINGS SENIOR LIVING

My aunt moved in a couple of months ago and while these transitions are never easy the team here has done a great job at trying help her feel comfortable. They all knew her name within the first week!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting my grandpa at a Joshua Springs Senior Living. Every aspect of the facility, from the clean, comfortable surroundings to the warm, welcoming atmosphere, instilled a sense of reassurance in my whole family. During my visit, I was especially impressed by the dedicated nurse who cared for my grandpa., Candace. She was exceptionally supportive, providing kind and attentive care while taking the time to explain every detail of his daily routine. Her compassionate nature and genuine concern made both me and my grandpa feel incredibly valued and safe. It is clear that her proactive communication, along with the overall commitment of the staff, plays a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of all residents. I highly recommend this assisted living home to anyone in search of a dedicated team of professionals who go above and beyond to create a nurturing and supportive environment for their loved ones.

I recently had a tour of Joshua springs for my grandpa. We came in the afternoon and grandpa seemed pretty impressed right away. There was games going on in the main dining room and they were setting up for some love music in the bistro. Jesse the sales manager showed us around the community and the apartment grandpa would be interested in. He was very professional and kind. By the end of the tour grandpa was enjoying some live music with other residents there and very happy with the whole experience. He is scheduled to move in next month and we all couldn’t be more excited for him, thank you to the Joshua Springs team.

I go here most weeks on Tuesdays, for the Church service. I play guitar and lead music for the residents of the memory care unit. The Staff are always very pleasant and helpful. The residents always seem glad to see us come in, and are generally enthusiastic about singing. I really love going to that unit and interacting with the residents. It is always clean, the residents are up and about, dressed in their own clothing, and have an array of comfortable chairs to sit in for the service.

Beautiful place nestled in Bullhead! I had the pleasure of speaking with Tammy and she was so patient and understanding, and answered all my questions and concerns for my grandma. She took the time to get to know us and show us all the benefits of senior living for grandma, from the fun filled calendar of activities to the yummy food selections, not to mention the adorable bistro complete with a coffee and snack bar! Thank you so much for the wonderful tour and making us feel comfortable, you and your staff are simply amazing!
