JOYFUL HOME IV

Sunny Hills has been caring for my aunt for the past seven years. Having worked with Adult Protective Services, I am very familiar with Care Givers and Retirement Homes. In short, I have never seen a retirement home that equals Sunny Hills regarding the impeccably clean residence (kitchen, bedrooms, & bathrooms), nutritious meals, and above all, the friendly and caring nature of the caregivers (licensed and vetted). The few times my aunt (99 years old) had been transported to the local hospital, the doctors and nurses were eager to convey to my family, their amazement in how well she was groomed (nails, hair, & overall hygiene), and absent of bed sores, which they sadly said is very uncommon. My upmost recommendations and KUDOS to the Staff ❤️

Delia and her team of skilled support provided the highest quality, compassionate care for both my dad and stepmom when we no longer were able to give them the care they needed. The social atmosphere (of course pre-covid times; during Covid, Delia has maintained the highest professionalism and care) was wonderful. As this is in a home, it felt homey. My dad and stepmom each had their own rooms, decorated and furnished with their favorite belongings. They felt they had their own space, and dignity. I am grateful to Delia and her staff for all their care and dedication, and I would highly recommend them to you.

My mom stayed here for a couple of months before she passed at age 95. This is a family home, the husband and wife live upstairs and their adult kids also work here. This was truly the best place possible for my mom. The owners are compassionate, loving and kind. They provide activities and kept me updated always. They even sent me a video of my mom singing karaoke with the group. Only six clients at a time and each one is lovingly and painstakingly cared for . Meals are healthy and are eaten together family style . Spotless home and cheerful environment too. I recommend them highly, they took care of my mother like their own . A true gem in Laguna Hills.
