We have had the opportunity to experience the elderly care services provided by Evergreen Life Care Homes, and I am thoroughly impressed. The level of care and compassion shown by their staff is exceptional. They go above and beyond to ensure that every need is met with dignity and respect. The team is highly trained, professional, and genuinely caring, which provides immense peace of mind. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a warm and welcoming environment for the elderly. I have witnessed how friendly the families of other loved ones are so kind and helpful. I highly recommend Northwest Villa for anyone seeking reliable and compassionate care for their loved ones.

This is my second experience as a customer of EVERGREEN LIFE CARE HOMES. The first was at Chateau Jesadean where my 87-year-old mother convalesced for a month after a broken hip. My mother fell again while at home and was hospitalize. She still had mild delirium related to the original fall, broken hip and surgical repair and had 24-hour in-home care givers while she continued to recover at home. This fall and trauma resulted in sever delirium. In the hospital she was also diagnosed with dementia. I contacted EVERGREEN LIFE CARE HOMES to see if they could accommodate my mother after hospitalization because of the outstanding care and service my mother and I received at Chateau Jesadean. Northwest Villa Assisted Living was able to provide care. Once again EVERGREEN LIFE CARE HOMES and Northwest Villa Assisted Living have been exceptional. My situation is as the only care giver for my bedridden wife with late stage four cancer. My wife was in ICU at the time of my mother’s latest fall and discharge to Northwest Villa Assisted Living which severely limited my overall engagement with mother’s continuity of care. Once again EVERGREEN LIFE CARE HOMES came through for me. They coordinated with the hospital for discharge and made sure mother had everything she needed at Northwest Villa Assisted Living after her hospitalization. They have and continue to make recommendations for personal items that will make mother’s care and residency more pleasant for her. Northwest Villa Assisted Living staff have attended to mother’s needs, and she has not been an easy resident due to her dementia, delirium and physical condition. They have kept me updated on her condition and progress as I cannot visit. They have sent me pictures and videos of her engaged in activities at Northwest Villa Assisted Living. One of mother’s in home care givers went to visit and reported to me that she has been in a hundred care facilities and was extremely impressed with the owner and staff of Northwest Villa Assisted Living. Mother and her in home care givers had become close. This positive assessment by her primary care giver was of great comfort and affirming that Northwest Villa Assisted Living was the best decision for mother’s continuing care. EVERGREEN LIFE CARE HOMES has now aided me twice. They have provided exceptional care and service to both my mother and me within the difficult circumstances of me caring for both my wife and my mother’s needs. Northwest Villa Assisted Living has relieved me of many concerns about my mother’s continuing care.

After touring many places for Elderly Care I was so glad to find the Northwest Villa. Steve and his staff are the best! My uncle 89 is receiving quality care in a beautiful spacious home. All the rooms are private rooms!! This place provides 3 meals a day, laundry service, personal hygiene care and gives medication has prescribed. My Uncle is happy healthy, clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality loving care for their loved one💙😍

My husband has been at the North Villa, Evergreen Life Care home for a week. He has needed extra care making the transition and the staff and directors have been really helpful and comforting to both my husband and myself. The home was recently remodeled and is very clean and nice. Ted has been enjoying the food as well! It definitely seems to be a good fit for him.
