I've known the owner and family for 23 years. Hi, I recently moved my mom to Joystar about 2 weeks ago from a large assisted living/memory care facility. We are so happy to have found this home,it was a constant battle at the bigger facility to get her cared for properly, they had 30 people in memory care and usually 2-3 caregivers at best. I got so tired of visiting olny to find her sitting in a soiled diaper or parked in front of the TV Unattended. The attention she gets now is so far superior, she gets regular hydration, bathroom schedule, great homemade meals,and trips outside when the weather is good. Jason the owner and his staff treat my mom with loving care and we are extremely happy to have her at this home.
