This is probably my fifth delivery there and the way the employees talk to the residence is sad. It is not OK and I would not place a Member no compassion no respect no way to treat another human being especially when you’re supposed to care for. I can only imagine what they do behind closed doors.

This place is utterly insane!!! I have resided here for nine months and this place just keeps getting worse by the day! I am trying to leave but administration here does whatever it can to block that so that they can get my monthly rental and that is all that they are interested in in this facility!! They lie to you on a daily basis and make up their own rules, Which changes whenever they want to change the rules to benefit corporate, and ignore the needs of their residents. They only follow doctors orders as it will benefit them and not the patient! This place has to be the absolute worst resident assisted home on this planet!! I would not even send my dog here for Assistance!! Well, you have all been warned from a true resident Of this hell hole, so do your loved ones a favor, and stay completely away from this assisted living, or so it’s called, residence!!!

Juniper Canyon Living is a much needed facility for C.O. The amount of care and compassion they show for residents and their employees is above anything I have ever seen.

The current team there is amazing. The change is noticeable in both the residents and staff there. The team that is currently working there is hardworking, compassionate and skillful.

I have a sister that’s been in Juniper Canyon for almost one year, she lost mobile and verbal functions from a severe stroke. My experience with the staff has always been pleasant and any questions our family had they were quick to answer to the best of their ability and always very patient with my sister. She loves almost everyone working here and is happy to be in their care. It’s clean, quiet and the food isn’t bad. Thank you Juniper Canyon staff!!!!!
