JUNIPER VILLAGE AT PRESTON HOLLOW

Think about twice before placing your loves ones in this place. I went and visited my neighbor, that recently was placed in Juniper living, I was a witness when the nurse were picking up an elderly, she fall down, and the only thing the nurse place on her was a bandage, she was actually bleeding, coming down from her forehead. Every time I visit my neighbor ( once a week ) the hallways smells pee, my neighbor rooms , is messy , no housekeeping, her bathroom trash can is always filled up. One time one of the staff asked me if I can watched the whole elderly room, staff are always on their phones. They don’t care , all they care is about the money coming in ! Think twice before taking leaving your love elderly in this place .

I recently did a pop-in visit for my dad, and I was honestly so impressed. The atmosphere was full of life...residents were watching videos, dancing, and enjoying each other’s company. Many were engaged in activities, and you could just feel the sense of community and joy in the room. After visiting other places that felt quiet or dull, Juniper Village truly stood out. It made me feel confident that my dad wouldn’t just be cared for here, he’d be happy. Seeing this warmed my heart, especially with all the friendly staff. Highly considering!!!

I would highly recommend this community for any loved one. The staff is so friendly and they truly care about to residents they serve. There has also been a renovation which looks amazing! The care staff including Mercy are top notch.

I have been very impressed with Juniper especially because of their incredible staff. One of the kindest people we have met here is Tara who has helped with absolutely everything as my mom moved in. John at the front desk is also incredible and does so much. We are also very thankful for Jesse and Angel who have gone above and beyond to make sure my mom is comfortable and even check in on her and her dog. And there's also the lovely nurse Bo. Everybody, even administration, have been wonderful. The staff make all the difference.

My parents are comfortable and well taken care of at the Juniper. The care givers are genuinely compassionate and attentive. I am glad they are there. It takes special people to do this work. We are grateful. They do their best.
