Jurney's Assisted Living

This facility said they would assess my mother at her current AL facility to see if they could accept her, as I was told they were opening a memory care wing. I waited 2 weeks from the date they said they would assess her and left several messages, both for the executive director, AND the nurse (?) who was supposed to do the assessment, to find out the results. ALL messages were completely ignored and never returned. I finally physically went to the facility to get answers for my loved one and was told she didn’t qualify. ZERO explanation or details were given. ZERO. In the long 5 years my mother and my family have been on this very heartbreaking journey, I have never been treated so unprofessionally and been so rudely dismissed. They treated us unworthy of a simple response. Guess it IS all about the ultimate dollar 💵

Stole my mothers belongings who happened to be mentally and now physically disabled. No apology or resolution has been made told the police officer that their is a contract which I or mother never signed. May have dodged a bullet with police but Justice will Prevail. All this facility cares about is money and taking from the elderly and the helpless. Strongly do not recommend this facility even if they were the only ones in the county/State

Chrissy is absolutely wonderful! She is kind and loving! I feel honored to know her! She is always making sure her staff and residents are taken care of!

I can not brag enough on Jurney’s! Their ED, Chrissy is wonderful, full of knowledge and truly cares about her residents and staff. You can tell from moment you walk in that the staff are treated well, which in turn reflects on how happy the residents are!

If you cannot be proactive in your loved ones care, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. They do not care about them and they are treated badly. The staff for the most part are lazy and do not want to assist the people. And forget getting meds on time if they get them at all.
