I would like to thank Jill Comer for all her help with when we contacted her to learn more about Madison Heights. We were so pleased with the information we received , the tour of the rooms and amenities offered. The atmosphere for the residents is so homey. The staff is so friendly and they definitely have a love for the residents. Safety and security for the residents is a top priority. A great memory care facility for my Mom. She likes her room and has settled in nicely. The facility is clean and very quiet . The residents you see out of their rooms always look content. They do have activities for the residents that would like to participate. A safe place for your loved ones.

From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth, compassion, and genuine love that the staff has for their residents. Every single staff member go above and beyond every single day, making sure each resident feels safe, valued, and cared for like family. It’s always a pleasure for our library to visit Kelley Place. We provide regular activities for the residents and truly enjoy the time we spend there. The residents are engaged, the environment is welcoming, and the staff go above and beyond to make every visit a positive experience. The facility itself is consistently clean, organized, and thoughtfully maintained. What really stands out, though, is the amazing staff—their warmth and genuine care for the residents are evident in everything they do.
