It is fresh & clean inside with great climate control & maintenance people are awesome and on top of it. The outside stairs and sidewalk are disgusting & needs to be power washed at least 1x/yr. I broke my lease shortly after moving in bc I wasn't comfortable with them spraying the kitchen floors every month for bedbugs.

Close to everything and the apartment is a decent size. Very affordable and convenient.
