We recently had to place a family member in assisted living. After calling several facilities in Sedgwick County, I had the pleasure of speaking with Jamie at Oxford Vista. Her professionalism and helpfulness, along with the beautiful facility, is what made us choose Oxford Vista. She helped us feel comfortable and made the transition/moving experience easy. We are very happy with our choice and appreciate the on-going communication and care.

Oxford Vista is a beautiful historic building that has been renovated for today’s seniors! Every time I’m in this building, the residents are actively participating in something special. I see families eager to visit their loved ones. The staff is always kind and knowledgeable. I also really appreciate their added security because seniors can be so vulnerable! It’s a must see for sure!

This service has been an amazing experience for placing my mom in assistant living. Jamie is extremely friendly and personal and teaching us all the ropes. Very affordable and the facilities are very clean.

A few days ago, my sisters and I moved our mom from Oxford Vista’s Assisted Living to Memory Care. Watching a parent decline is one of the hardest experiences a family can face, and this transition was deeply emotional for all of us. Throughout the entire process, the staff at Oxford Vista were truly exceptional. They understood how difficult this day was and met us with genuine compassion, empathy, and care. The day we moved our mom into Memory Care will always stand out, not because of the loss we felt, but because of how supported and cared for we were by the Oxford Vista team. By the time we settled our mom into her beautifully decorated room, we knew this was exactly where she needed to be. She has had a smile on her face ever since. The facility is beautiful, and the care she has already received has given our family tremendous peace of mind. Each time we visit, she is smiling, engaged, and participating in more activities than she has in a long time. A special thank you to Jamie for her unwavering compassion and support. She has been by our side from Assisted Living through Memory Care and helped make Oxford Vista feel like home and the people feel like family.

Jamie went beyond the call of duty to help us to move my mother into the memory care side one week and then to move my step father into the Assisted care side the following week. She and the staff helped to give us peace that our parents are now safe and will be taken care of. Everyone is so helpful and seam to care for everyone living there. Thank you Oxford Vista!
