My family and I moved our sister here from out of state. What seemed like a daunting task was made easier by Stephanie, the admissions director. She dealt with our concerns and anxieties professionally and with understanding. I noticed immediately that the facility is clean and has a homey atmosphere. Housekeeping does a good job and with a caring attitude. The caregivers knew my name before I knew theirs and have consistently answered all of my questions and concerns. My sister feels comfortable with them and has committed that she feels she is treated with respect and is not just another number. I have observed Holly, the activity director draw in the residents to the activities and meets them where they’re at. The activities are fun and diverse. I am so thankful for Clarissa the wellness director. She has taken the time to get to know my sister well and advises the caregivers on how to meet her needs best. Most importantly, my family and I all agree that our sister is happy and secure in this environment. We feel we made the best choice for her.

This facility doesn’t pick up the phone could be an emergency! This facility needs a direct line that is guaranteed for someone to pick up…what type of senior living facility doesn’t pick up the dam phone?! I will be calling state and have them call to see that this facility doesn’t pick up the phone at all!

Stephanie will go over and above to make sure that they have all that they need. The facility is clean and the rooms are beautiful. You won't be disappointed to have your love one stay there!

Kenosha Senior Living is living for my mom! They’re good to her there she loves it when we come in the staff is friendly. It’s clean. The food is good hairdressers great the aids are wonderful! The nurses are wonderful. The administrators are wonderful. Have nothing but good reviews and I’m grateful for Kenosha Senior Living.
