KENSINGTON SIERRA MADRE, THE

My Mother loves her new life at the Kensington. It is easy getting to know others walking over to the park, through exercise groups, and enjoying happy hours with live music together nightly. The food is delicious with beautiful settings and deiverse menu. The staff are friendly, smiling, and commited to the residence. I wish we had come sooner!

I visited many assisted living facilities located at Pasadena and Los Angeles, however Kensington Sierra Madre is one of the best I ever saw. All working staff is very polite and attentive to theirs client. Facility is large and well organized. Kensington, also has PT, OT and hairdresser services. The memory care unit has plenty of activities during the day. Residents here feel happy and comfortable. Hopefully one day I will be resident here and enjoy the services. Pavla Gould

I cannot say enough about the Kensington Sierra Madre. Every single person in this community treats you like family. So caring, beautiful amenities, fantastic engaging activities. The best part is, my Dad is so excited and full of life in his new community. He absolutely loves it and will tell everyone he knows how great it is. Thank you everyone at the Kensington. We are so grateful to have been welcomed into your home.

Our mom has been at The Kensington since November 2025. We are beyond impressed with the quality of service and support we receive. From day one, Caregiver Martha Reyes has been an absolute angel. She has a unique set of skills for working with dementia patients and a huge caring heart. She has been incredibly supportive to mom in her adjustment and to us as a family. She is always positive, patient, encouraging and is able to see our mom for who she is and accentuate and focus on her strengths. As a PAC trainer she also shares her skills with other employees. She is an absolute gem and we are grateful and blessed to have her and the entire Kensington community in our lives. We are very happy to be part of the Kensington family. ❤️❤️🙏🙏

The Kensington is a remarkable senior living community located in the heart of beautiful downtown Sierra Madre. From the moment you step inside, the warm and inviting atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Their dedication to providing excellent care for residents is truly unmatched. Marjorie has always been incredible and does things above and beyond, April’s kindness shines through in everything she does, and Danielle is such a wonderful addition to their amazing team. Their events are second to none, bringing joy and connection to everyone involved. We absolutely love working with The Kensington and are so grateful for all they do!
