I cannot recommend AgeWise — and especially Michelle — strongly enough. Navigating the world of elder care can feel overwhelming, confusing, and at times deeply emotional. Last year, our family faced an extremely complex situation involving memory care decisions, guardianship issues, emergency care facilities, mobile notary needs, and even elder abuse concerns. Michelle handled every one of those layers with compassion, clarity, and expert-level skill. Michelle is a saint! Immediate attention. Cut to the facts and options we had available. Within 24 hours we started engaging with viable housing & care options. Within 2 weeks we were locked in with our preferred choice. Michelle is well known and respected throughout the industry. I wish we would have called her a year earlier.

We needed to find a place for our Mom when Dad fell and broke his shoulder. He would be hospitalized and then sent to assisted living for several months. Mom had dementia and a hospice nurse provided the phone number for Agewise. She told us Michelle would know what was available immediately as well as other questions we had. We had no questions, simply an urgent need for our Mom. I called Michelle and shared what was happening and what we needed ASAP. She was very caring and knew what was available immediately, as well as the costs and locations. I went to see the location the next morning with my sister-in-law. We both were so relieved to find a place that was safe, clean and welcoming. We were able to fill out an application and move Mom in that afternoon. Mom was very well cared for and easy to visit. Michelle truly cares about people.

I worked with Michelle at AgeWise for months going through planning for my father. In such an overwhelming world of options and questions and concerns, she was a guiding light. I think everyone’s situation is unique but Michelle helped answer questions day or night, and always gave clear honest feedback. Michelle is patient and caring and truly great at her job.
