Your facility is always clean and homey. Staff is friendly.

I called three different times trying to speak with someone about getting a loved one admitted as a resident. Each time, I was told to speak with someone else, rushed off the phone, and met with rude and aggressive behavior. It’s really concerning that a company providing care to vulnerable people would treat callers this way. If this is how they speak to strangers, it raises serious concerns about how they might treat their residents — and whether elder abuse could be an issue.

My mother has been at keystone for quite sometime. She is very happy there and loves her apartment! She is treated well and cared for all her needs. I highly recommend

Very clean and well maintained. Employees very friendly and the residents are so kind. Pic of the bird as we were walking inside! Lots of nature around.
