KIMBALL COUNTY MANOR ASSISTED LIVING

We had a loved one placed in the facility for a week before he passed. They were excellent in taking care of him for that short of time. They were also very accommodating with the family. We appreciate the loving care they gave us. The nurses and other help were very nice and were very empathetic. Thanks for all you did.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. My mother receives excellent compassionate care here.

Not ALL of the staff are bad, but...... the management and leadership are horrible. The staff are handcuffed to follow along and have actually been told if they report anything to the state, they will be fired.

They said what we needed to hear to get us to put my dad in for rehab. Friendly and helpful during admitting him. Once paperwork done and they had money we felt like they didn't want us there. Only a couple nurses would talk to my Mom like they cared about my dad and her. Rehab didn't work and he was gone in 3 months.

Do NOT send your loved ones here. The staff is unprofessional. The managers and supervisors have NO idea what they are doing or how to run a business !!! Their employees are RUDE and Disrespectful. Over half of them do not know how to perform their daily duties. Or just don't care... I can promise you, if your loved one stays here. They will be miserable. I know for a fact, I would not put my loved ones in this so called "assisted living home"... I want my loved ones, with people who are professional. People who will look after that person. Take care of them. And do all of those things. In the Kimball County Manor, your loved ones, will NEVER, I repeat NEVER get that. Hell from what I've heard from SEVERAL sources, within Kimball, the Manor is about to go bankrupt anyway...
