I cannot give negative stars or I would. I kept giving them many options to contact me or a second POA I had for my dad. None of which was done and I was chewed out by Cynthia who in that conversation found out Gail want doing paperwork stuff correctly and it was a them issue and yes Cynthia did apologize but I was not informed whether or not ms Gail was reprimanded for not doing her job correctly and they transferred my dad but stole his phone I had just bought weeks ago and put mins on and drove 3 hrs to take it there for yet another way they could reach me. Def wouldn't recommend this place. Also my bf and I have called 3 times now about that cell phone to which low and behold no one returns our calls. Oh the humanity of this place. What a joke

I would give less than one star if I could. Call lights go unanswered for hours, i’m a paraplegic and did not get turned or checked on as often as i should’ve. Literally one or two nurses have been my saving grace here, helping me advocate for myself. Audrey & Alyssa, thank you. As well as Chris. Most of the techs have a nasty attitude like they don’t want to be here.

My brothers case manager and NP went well out of their way to try to get my brother some extra care he needed due to complication that happens from his craniectomy. The nurses and other staff were helpful and I was updated weekly as expected. I know this is an acute care hospital so a lot of people may say this is where you come to die. But that's because usually these patients are at a very high risk of death. So far we are having a good outcome and maybe God is giving Grace in this situation. But I'm grateful to the staff for trying so hard to make the right care happen and the transparency given. It's my hope that they are able to continue the care they are now giving as it's really hard to find good people like them these days. He has been able to move to the next phase of his recovery. Thank you all for working so hard to get him there.

Night shift is horrible they took my husband’s call light from him so he couldn’t reach it when he needed help. Hardly ever gotten a bath or his hair washed they only wiped him down with wet wipes. I had to ask for wash clothes to clean him up and wipe his face off. Day shift was very good to him they did their jobs. There is some many nurses, aids, RT’s to mention that took the time to care for my husband while he was there for 6 months Case manager Ms Gibson is very unprofessional she is horrible wouldn’t recommend having her for your case manager at all. I caught her in so many lies and called her out in them it was pathetic.

I admitted to Kindred in the ICU over a month ago unable to do anything for myself. I followed the plan the doctor's, respiratory nurses and rehab team set for me. The staff are great and made me feel comfortable. I have improved so much with their help. I am now able to do many things for myself again. The feeding tube and breathing are out and I am now able to talk and laugh again! The team here encouraged me to keep going and to move forward, kept reenforcing to me that I was doing amazing. I definitely recommend kindred. I've not had any complaints and would come back if I ever needed to, but hope I never need another hospitalization. Thank you and God Bless!!!
