KINDREDHEARTS OF COTTAGE GROVE

Two if the staff members there were very attentive, though poorly trained. The place is understaffed, management rarely on site, constant turnover on every level. Staff on their phones constantly. No activities for resident's and nothing for them to do. I have since taken my mother out of this facility, and regret that she had to spend 2 years there.

My mother was at this facility along with my step father...my family was always taken care of during the time they were there total of about 8 years, the facility was always clean and welcoming, the staff was great and the director Ms. Autumn was always wonderful to work with . will highly recommend to others in need of special memory care ...

My grandmother is a resident here at kindred Hearts and I absolutely love the staff. The facility is always clean and she is always well taken care of. I highly recommend it here.

Autumn is an excellent leader in the memory care unit. Her and her staff are kind and attentive to the resident needs. I loved seeing a resident playing the organ while others sang along. Such a special moment to witness. Keep up the great work.

I moved my mother from here after less than six months. The house changed directors twice in that time. As a result staff were poorly trained. Communication with our family was lacking. We saw signs of neglect that alarmed me.
