KINDREDHEARTS OF ELKHORN

Staff shortage. Meals have gone downhill since transition from Kindred to Shepard Premier, (Easter dinner was dry ham, potato salad, cornbread, and brown beans,) inconsistent showering, not consistent hair salon. The caregivers are kind and do what they can but upper management is nonexistent

Very nice and comfortable for residents and family to visit. I was very impressed with the amenities Rooms are all private and nice and roomy. I am really excited about my Mom living here, she will be happy here!
