I’ve never once felt so disrespected by an apartment, the fact that I'm paying what I'm paying is outrageous considering the state that the apartment was leased out in. I don't know what your standards for living conditions are. Still, I'm fairly certain that Urine and the smell of mildew is not a suitable living condition environment for, the price I pay I'd expect to see some included amenities, such as Laundry and or some cut out of Utilities??? Considering the state of your Apartments and Management team! I would expect to pay at least a price that matched the quality of the apartments, because I guarantee there are better apartments that I can find for $1.4k-$1.8k I would love to know where most of the money is going toward if not toward the management and upkeep of these units and the building? Cause it's most definitely not going toward the renovations of any of the units. If you’re considering these apartments I assure you that you'd be better off elsewhere, where any request will be met with an attitude of someone having to do their job. And if you’re management I would expect that you would take accountability for the state that you left your units, or the apartment especially through your trademark Deposit Theft. I sincerely hope that you find the right one, because I promise you it's not me! 🙏

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was 100% the worst place I have ever lived. The management here is extremely unprofessional. Random doors would have emergency exit types on a piece of paper and taped to it, I was recorded taking my dog outside because they didn’t think I was disposing of the dog poop. Management was always rude whenever we had questions. Laundry was ridiculous and we were charged $1.75 for the washer and an additional $1.50 for the dryer which barely worked and needed to be ran twice most of the time. They allowed “water leak checks” 5 times in a month and then suddenly only the units with kids were told that they had to leave. I emailed the management and was told we no longer had to pay, just had to be out by our lease expiration (email was around Thanksgiving saying we had to leave and lease expired early January, which was less than 60 day notice that they provided). They proceeded to charge us over $3,000 in unpaid rent and cleaning fees even though I provided proof we were told not to pay. They also charged my cousin thousands of dollars after my uncle (her dad) died because he couldn’t complete his lease. If I had the money, I would definitely take them to court.

This is a great place to live! My family and I loved our apartment when we first moved in back in 2013. We had gotten a notice that a townhouse was available and it had given us more space. Then moving to a renovated townhouse was awesome, with new flooring, appliances, etc. We decided to move as we needed more space but if I had to find a place to call home in the future, I would most definitely come back to Woodfield Heights! Colleen and Joanne are the sweetest and were very helpful with ending our lease. If looking for a nice apartment or townhouse, this is the place for you.

Be very cautious if considering living at Woodfield Heights. Noisy neighbors and neighbors who love to smoke in the parking garages which makes your car stink like cigarettes. The parking garage was also full of people’s junk, such as laundry, boxes, car parts… When you move out, they will try to find every way possible to take your deposit and charge you. I get it, businesses are in business to make money, But the way these rental properties are garnishing deposits these days (compared to 10-years ago) is a little disappointing. Especially considering the inflated rental price for a building with sub-par amenities.

This is such a nice place to live, management is very efficient, Joanne is very niceee, at the beginning you can think she's rude, but she's not she only doesn't mince words. You'll barely hear your neighbors and laundries are very clean and machines works as expected.
