We lived here for a quite a few years before buying a house. Out of all the apartments I've lived in, this one is my favorite. The complex is clean and quiet and Jen, the apartment manager is really nice. She was always quick to respond and was able to fix any problems I had in the apartment. My favorite thing about Kingsbury Villas is that they allow dogs! You have to put down a pet deposit, but I think it's worth it. Don't know if I just had quiet neighbors, but I never really heard the people above or next to me. The only major complaint I have is the parking. It's not Kingsbury Villa's fault, but there's multiple apartments that share the same culdisac, so trying to find street parking is a pain for guests. All in all, I highly recommend this place.

We lived here for 5 years and enjoyed it. It is kept clean, quiet and is gated with video cameras, so I always felt safe. Appreciate the laundry center always being clean and available, never had a problem being able to use it. Apt manager, was always quick to address any concerns or needs within the apartment. That is huge! Apartments can get out of control if the manager doesn't care and Jen CARES! She also always had a treat for our pup who loved to run to her office. Thanks, Jen!

I lived at Kingsbury Villas from 2017 to 2020 and what makes this place wonderful is Jen! She’s an absolute gem and goes above & beyond for the tenants. I moved to Los Angeles by myself and Jen was so welcoming. This apartment complex is safe, clean, and very well maintained. The neighbors are all friendly and quiet (if you’re a party animal, this is not the place for you). Everyone here is respectful towards each other. On-site laundry is super convenient (open 24/7), the garbage bins are locked, and everyone gets a parking spot in a garage—it’s perfect 😊 Also, the pool is very clean and great if you want to cool down on a hot day. I loved being near the park, library, movie theater, pharmacy, and grocery store. Street parking is crowded, but there are spots open down the street. Don’t let that stop you from checking this place out. I highly recommend Kingsbury Villas!

Jen is the best property manager ever, We enjoyed our stay at Kingsbury Villa Apartments, their rent is very reasonable and in a great neighborhood. The icing on the cake is Jen all the way. She is amazing and will move Heaven and Earth to take care of your issue. She was always there for us and Kingsbury Apartments felt like home away from home. Kingsbury Villa is a quiet and well kept apartment community. The apartment I lived in had a lovely, comfortable feel about it. One of the best things about living here is the manager, Jen. She is really great about making sure that everything is taken care of, and she really seems to care about making sure that the tenants have a pleasant experience living here.
